We know what matters, because bulk goods are not all the same.
Green Bulk organizes walking floor transport in both national and international long-distance operations, with a clear focus on the recycling and bulk materials sector.
We operate throughout Germany, the European Union and Switzerland – including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Poland and the Czech Republic. For cross-border waste transport, we hold all required permits and country-specific registrations. In the waste segment in particular, this is an essential prerequisite for compliant and seamless operations.
Around 90 dedicated vehicles are deployed daily and are managed directly by our team – without detours and without intermediaries. This allows us to maintain full operational oversight and execute transports reliably. Only in this way does transport remain predictable.
A significant share of our transports consists of recyclable materials and industrial bulk goods. These include, among others, metal scrap, alternative fuels (RDF), plastics and other recycling materials. We understand the operational requirements of waste-to-energy plants, sorting facilities and other recovery and processing sites, and we align our transport planning accordingly.
In addition to recycling materials, a further part of our transport portfolio consists of traditional bulk goods in long-distance operations. These include pellets, salt, peat, as well as agricultural products such as apples and grain. Each of these commodities requires specific handling and transport conditions. Walking floor trailers are often associated exclusively with loose bulk materials. In practice, however, they offer significantly broader application possibilities and – depending on the requirements – are also suitable for palletized goods.
We work with established, long-standing subcontractors. The deployed vehicles and drivers are permanently integrated into our operational structure and centrally managed by our team. Direct communication ensures short response times and a fast flow of information, enabling us to react flexibly and in a coordinated manner even to short-notice changes.
This clear organizational structure reduces operational risks and provides a reliable framework – particularly important in a sensitive market such as ours.
Our transports are covered by an SLVS-Plus liability insurance policy with coverage of up to EUR 2.5 million per claim. Even when subcontractors are involved, full contractual liability towards the customer remains with Green Bulk. For our customers, this means clear accountability and comprehensive protection without additional risk.

In the walking floor segment, it is not only capacity that matters, but structure. This is precisely where we clearly differentiate ourselves from the traditional freight forwarding model.
Green Bulk was built with the objective not merely to broker transports, but to manage them entrepreneurially and with full operational control. While parts of the market operate based on short-term availability, we consciously focus on continuity and long-term partnerships.
With around 90 managed vehicles and more than 5 million kilometers driven annually, we maintain a market presence that is not commonplace in the walking floor sector. Our growth is built on substance, not on short-term effects.
For us and our customers, this means one thing: less randomness, more control.
